Settler's Pond

Opening Summer 2021

Settler's Pond- the newest Nocatee amenity- will be a recreational area anchored by a 14 acre pond.  Stocked with fish, this fishing hole will feature a large dock and a lakefront pavilion.  Water Enthusiasts will be able to use non-motorized water vehicles, such as kayaks and canoes in the pond to reach the best fishing spots. 

The large shaded playgrounds will entertain kids of all ages and its lakefront pavilion is a great spot to relax with restrooms conveniently on-site. Also  included are both small and large dog parks to socialize and exercise your four-legged family members. A lakeside walking trail surrounds the Tom Sawyer themed community area.

Settler's Pond is a new CDD amenity that all Nocatee residents can enjoy. Access to this entire park is very easy with a walking trail connected to Settler's Landing, and a walking trail connected to Pine Island Academy, the new K-8 school.  There will be dedicated EV parking and bike racks in the community park.
