Thank you
so much for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Nocatee Farmers Market.
We’re excited to see so much enthusiasm from local businesses and makers!
At this
time, all vendors currently selected to participate in the Farmers Market
are under contract, and our market is fully booked. However, we do maintain an
active vendor waitlist. When a space becomes available, we move down the
waitlist and rotate vendors in and out of the market as opportunities
arise. Applying does not guarantee placement in the market, but it will
allow us to review your business and add you to the waitlist for future
consideration. We carefully curate the market to ensure a balanced mix of vendors
and will reach out directly if and when a spot opens that aligns with your
product category.
While we
currently have a waitlist in place due to high demand, we’ve included
all the application details below for your reference and consideration.
Please take
a moment to review the following documents and submit an application:

Important
Requirements:
- All
participating vendors must offer handmade or homemade food or craft
items.
- A
valid business license is required.
- Food
vendors must also hold a food handler’s permit.
Once your
application is submitted, the Nocatee Market Committee will review it over the
coming weeks. If your business is a good fit and a space becomes available, we
will reach out directly with the next steps. Please note: Due
to limited space and the large number of applications we receive daily, we are
only able to approve a very small number of new vendors. At this
time, we have over 100 accepted applications on file and an average
of only two openings per month.
Our current
focus is on produce and fresh food vendors, in alignment with the
traditional Farmers Market experience. While we do consider other handmade or
homemade items, those are only added as space allows. Additionally, if a vendor
space opens for a particular product (e.g., honey), we typically look to
replace it with a vendor offering a similar product.
If your
business does not qualify under the current handmade/homemade vendor
criteria or if you remain on the waitlist, we also offer event sponsorship
opportunities, which provide a great way to get involved with our
community.
